The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017., Randall Wojtowicz, 26, of Millstone, N.J., was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, headlights required improper turn, failure to maintain lane, speeding and failure to exhibit registration after being stopped at 2:18 a.m. Feb. 18 on Hickory Corner Road., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated without its headlights on as required and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the interior of the vehicle. Wojtowicz was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. The driver was later released pending court action., Manuel Tuba, 32, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, DUI in a school zone, unlicensed driver, unsafe vehicle, failure to maintain lane, driving while suspended, providing false information to a police officer and obstructing justice after being stopped at 3:04 a.m. Feb. 18 on Route 33/Probasco Road., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated while not maintaining its lane of travel and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the interior of the vehicle. Tuba was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. During the motor vehicle stop it was discovered that driver had provided false information as to his identity to the officer. He was later released pending court action., Jay Lee Knowles Jr., 37, of Trenton, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear a seatbelt, CDS in a motor vehicle, maintenance of lamps and having a open alcohol container after being stopped at 9:39 a.m. Feb. 18 on Route 130 South., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle traveling south on Route 130 while the driver was not wearing a seatbelt. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and the investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Knowles was arrested and later released pending court action., Raina Sabrea Allen, 23, of Newark, N.J., was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper safety glass, CDS in a motor vehicle, driving while suspended and being an unlicensed driver after being stopped at 7:21 a.m. Feb. 18 on Route 130 South/Dutch Neck Road., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle traveling south on Route 130 with a cracked windshield and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver the officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from within the vehicle. The investigation revealed that Allen was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and later released pending court action., Carson Aldridge McHugh, 22, of Hamilton, N.J., was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, CDS in a motor vehicle and obstructed view after being stopped at 2:11 a.m. Feb. 19 on Route 130 South/Dutch Neck Road., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle not maintain its lane of travel and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver the officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from within the vehicle. The investigation revealed that McHugh was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and later released pending court action., Laurie Ann Zarifian, 38, of West Windsor, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle, CDS in a motor vehicle, obstructing justice, hindering apprehension and obstructed view after being stopped at 3:27 a.m. Feb. 19 on Yorkshire Drive at Princeton Arms East., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle traveling on Yorkshire Drive with the driver having obstructed view. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and the investigation revealed that Zarifian was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and later released pending court action., Rey Antonio Figuero, 23, of Trenton, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, CDS in a motor vehicle, having fictitious plates, suspended driver, unlicensed driver, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped at 7:32 p.m. Feb. 21 on Route 130/Hickory Corner Road., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated with fictitious plates and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle. The investigation revealed that Figuero was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and later released pending court action., The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Feb. 21 through Feb. 26, 2017., Francis White, 52, of Monmouth Junction, was arrested Feb. 21 for driving while intoxicated, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street. White was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, issued motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and later released to a friend., Jeffrey L Jones, Jr., was arrested Feb. 22 for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possessing drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on West Ward Street. Jones was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, issued motor vehicle summonses, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date., Yarismar C. Sousa-Ortiz, 24, of East Windsor, was arrested Feb. 22 for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possessing drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. Sousa-Ortiz was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, issued motor vehicles summons, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date., Chemaine C. Curtis, 25, of Jackson, was arrested Feb. 23 for an active warrant out of Marlboro Municipal Court, during the course of motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. Curtis was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, issued motor vehicle summonses, and released on her own recognizance with a pending court date., Tyrelle J. Harmon, 39, of Somerset, was arrested Feb. 24 for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. Harmon was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released after posting bail., Siddarth Tickoo, 36, of Jersey City, was arrested Feb. 25 for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court, during the course of motor vehicle stop on Main Street. Tickoo was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released after posting bail., Tyrone Gee, 39, of East Windsor, was arrested Feb. 26 for an active warrant out of Palmyra Borough Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Street. Mr. Gee was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released after posting bail.
