E.B. Library launches job-search, career service

The East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, is offering local residents access to New Jersey Career Connections, a job-search and career-navigation service provided at 19 libraries and all One-Stop Career Centers across the state.

Staff members of the New Jersey State Library, the state Department of Labor and Workforce Development and local officials recently joined the library staff to officially open the service.

Career Connections offers services for residents at all stages of their careers. The library has a room with a computer dedicated to the program, which will be staffed 25 hours a week and offer one Saturday workshop per month for jobseekers.
