The Old Bridge Public Library will host its second Comic Con 11 a.m.-4 p.m. April 1 at the library main branch, Route 516 and Cottrell Road.
The event, designed to appeal to comic and anime fans of all ages, will be a librarywide celebration of all aspects of comic pop culture. Program highlights will include an appearance by Pokemon voice actress Michele Knotz and a screening of the short film “Jedi Club” accompanied by a question-and-answer session with director Casey Webb. There will be a Cosplay contest (performance art in which participants wear costumes and accessories to represent a specific character or idea), an artist alley, gaming, trivia, fan meet-ups and more.
