HBO will premiere the new season of its Emmy®-winning comedy series VEEP on Sunday, April 16, at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT. The 10-episode sixth season stars Emmy® winner Julia Louis-Dreyfus as former Vice President and President Selina Meyer. The cast also includes Emmy® winner Tony Hale, Anna Chlumsky, Reid Scott, Matt Walsh, Timothy Simons, Kevin Dunn, Gary Cole and Sam Richardson.

Freeform will premiere its new series Famous In Love on Tuesday, April 18, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Based on the novel by Rebecca Serle, the series follows ordinary college student Paige (Bella Thorne) as she gets her big break after auditioning for the starring role in a Hollywood blockbuster. She must now navigate her new star-studded life and the highs and lows that come with being the new It Girl in town as well as balancing her college workload. Famous In Love stars Bella Thorne, Carter Jenkins, Charlie Depew, Georgie Flores, Niki Koss, Pepi Sonuga, Keith Powers and Perrey Reeves.

Showtime will premiere its six-part limited event series Guerrilla on Sunday, April 16, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. This is a love story set against the backdrop of one of the most politically explosive times in U.K. history, involving a couple whose relationship and values are tested when they liberate a political prisoner and form a radical underground cell in 1970s London. Their ultimate target becomes the Black Power Desk, a true-life, secretive counter-intelligence unit within the Special Branch dedicated to crushing all forms of black activism. The series stars Screen Actors Guild Award® winner Freida Pinto and Babou Ceesay. This is indeed a relationship under pressure, and the reality that for any couple there comes a point when the choices they make have real and lasting consequences.

The competition series Team Ninja Warrior is moving to USA Network, bringing more heat to USA’s Tuesday night lineup. Hosted by comedian Matt Iseman and former NFL player Akbar Gbajabiamila, the 11-part second season will premiere Tuesday, April 18, at 10 p.m. ET/PT, immediately following WWE Smackdown. The series pits three-person athletic teams against each other on physically demanding, side-by-side obstacle courses that test both endurance and speed.
