Congregation B’nai Tikvah will serve as the host to local author Miriam Dobin as she discusses her book “I Am Because of You” at 10 a.m. on April 23 at the temple, 1001 Finnegans Lane, North Brunswick.
Dobin will share her story about her family’s unbreakable will to survive the Holocaust and the unexpected miracle of a child who held them together in a new world.

The event, co-sponsored by the synagogue’s Sisterhood and Men’s Club, includes a light breakfast. There is no charge to attend and autographed copies of the book will be available.
