Earth Day events include cleanup, celebration

The Lawrence Brook Watershed Partnership will hold a cleanup in South Brunswick from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on April 23 in honor of Earth Day.

Volunteers will meet at Davidson’s Mill Pond Park, 42 Riva Ave. Wear clothing coverings arms and legs, and wear stout shoes.

Registration is required in advance by visiting www.southbrunswicknj.gov/2017-volunteer-release-formb.

Volunteers are invited to attend an Earth Day celebration taking place from noon to 3 p.m. at nearby Reichler Park, behind the South Brunswick Municipal Building on Ridge Road, following the cleanup.
