Eatontown Elks Lodge holds events for May

The Eatontown Elks Lodge No. 2402 will  hold a series of events throughout the month of May. All the events are held at the lodge building, which is at 216 Broad St., Eatontown.

The up coming lodge events for May are:

  • A roast beef dinner that will be held on May 5 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. The dinner includes a salad, roast beef, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, and dessert. Take-out meals are always available. The take out dinners are $8. This will be the lodge’s last roast beef dinner until September.
  • Day at the Races: Come join the Lady Elks at beautiful Monmouth Park for a day at the races at 11:30 a.m. on May 13. There will be food and beverages in a prime picnic area track side. For more information, contact the lodge at 732-542-9735 to arrange for the purchase of tickets at the cost of $25 by May 10. The ticket purchase covers the cost of the entrance fee, the program, beverages, and food.
  • Mother’s Day: Members of the public are invited to participate in a Mother’s Day ceremony at 1 p.m. on May 5. This ceremony is open to the public and light refreshments will be provided following the ceremony.
  • A spaghetti and meatball dinner will be held on May 19. The dinner includes salad, bread, and dessert. Take-out meals are always available for a cost of $8.
