Attorney Kenneth Vercammen will hold a free community program to address wills and estate planning at 12:30 p.m. on May 15 at the South Brunswick Senior Center, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.
Topics will include changes to the New Jersey estate tax, changes to taxes on pensions, the new probate law, preparation of wills, power of attorney, living wills and administering the estate/probate/surrogate. Complimentary materials will be provided.
