The East Brunswick Library will hold a special program with Retro Roadmap blogger and author Beth Lennon at 7 p.m. on June 1 at the library, 2 Civic Center Dr., East Brunswick.
Retro Roadmap is a nationwide guide to finding vintage attractions. The website features restaurants, diners, five-and-dime stores, cabins, old fashioned movie theaters, motels and other roadside sights.
Lennon will share some of the best retro locations in New Jersey, featuring some of the best mid-century buildings, landmark eateries and kitschy 1950s vacation destinations that the Garden State has to offer.
Registration is not required for this free program.
This program is part of the library’s 50th-anniversary program series and is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
