On Campus

The following local students have been named to the dean’s list at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for the Spring 2017 semester:
From East Brunswick: Russell Caratenuto and Evan Mangone.
From Monroe: Ian Haney.
Dean’s list status is granted to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses.

The following students have been named to the dean’s list at James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia, for the Spring 2017 semester:
Marissa Kircher of East Brunswick is majoring in writing, rhetoric and technical communication;
Nicole Shaffery of East Brunswick is majoring in psychology;
Stephanie Pasewaldt of Monroe is majoring in health sciences;
Nicole Evangelista of East Brunswick is majoring in dietetics;
Cali McDonough of East Brunswick is majoring in biotechnology; and
Kaitlyn Slomko of Spotswood is majoring in accounting.

Victoria Taormina of East Brunswick has been named to the dean’s list at the University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont, for the Spring 2017 semester.
She is majoring in dietetics, nutrition and food sciences in the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences.
To be named to the dean’s list, students must have a GPA of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.
Kyle Potkulski, of East Brunswick has been named to the dean’s list at Coastal Carolina University, Conway, South Carolina, for the Spring 2017 semester.
To qualify for the dean’s list, freshmen must earn a 3.25 GPA and upperclassmen must earn a 3.5 GPA.
Potkulski is majoring in accounting.

Linda Wallentine of Monroe has been inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society at Lesley University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fine arts.

The following local students have been named to the dean’s list at Kutztown University, Kutztown, Pennsylvania, for the Spring 2017 semester:
Lauren Ashley Garuccio of Monroe Township;
Christopher Martin Rimanic of East Brunswick; and
Nicole Talarico of East Brunswick.
To be eligible for the dean’s list, an undergraduate student must be registered for at least 12 credits and have a minimum GPA of 3.60.

Lauren Cram, of East Brunswick was named to the dean’s list at Susquehanna University’s, Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, for the Spring 2017 semester.
The dean’s list recognizes students who achieve a GPA of 3.4 or higher out of a possible 4.0 for the semester. To qualify, students must complete a minimum of 12 semester hours.
Cram is a biology graduate in the Class of 2017. She is a 2013 graduate of East Brunswick High School.
