The following local residents earned degrees from the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pennsylvania:
Meghan E. Miller of East Brunswick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history;
Eric T. Ventrice of East Brunswick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science;
Jason Garzone of Monroe earned a Master of Science with a major in educational administration; and
Sreedhar Gudugunti of Monroe earned a Master of Business Administration with a major in enterprise resources planning
Courtney Meade and Samantha Meade, both of Milltown, were recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, while enrolled at Kean University.
Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors are eligible for membership. Graduate students in the top 10 percent of the number of candidates for graduate degrees may also qualify, as do faculty, professional staff and alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction.
