The Master Gardeners of Middlesex County will hold the free workshop “Exploring the Cook’s Herb Garden” from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on July 8 at the Middlesex County EARTH Center, located in Davidson’s Mill Pond Park, 42 Riva Ave., South Brunswick.
Learn how to care for and harvest herbs when they are at their freshest and most delicious, and how to plan a garden tailored to your personal cooking style. Weather permitting, participants will be given a tour of the EARTH Center’s Circle of Thyme Herb Garden.
