Nominations sought for Heritage Day award

The North Brunswick Township Heritage Day Committee is soliciting nominations for the Ann Marie Chandlee Heritage Award.

The award is bestowed each year to a township resident who has been dedicated to improving the quality of life in North Brunswick as a volunteer with a non-profit group or civic organization for an extended period of time.

Submissions must be made in writing and include a detailed description of why the nominee is deserving of the honor. Specific information regarding the nominee’s involvement in the community must be included.

The award will be presented at the 35th Annual Heritage Day Festival on Oct. 7 at Community Park, 2053 Route 130, North Brunswick.

Nominations may be submitted to the Heritage Day Committee, 710 Hermann Road, North Brunswick 08902.
