Bartley Healthcare Nursing and Rehabilitation demonstrated compliance with 19 of 19 Advisory Standards during its most recent licensing and certification inspection survey conducted by the New Jersey Department of Health.
Participation in Advisory Standards by a Skilled Nursing Facility is voluntary. These standards are not only used in state surveys of facilities, but they are also used by consumers and providers as a mechanism for privately assessing the quality of care provided in any facility providing skilled care.
