Parents and their children are invited to train together for fitness and self confidence during a Martial Arts program from 6-7:30 p.m. on July 14 on the Great Lawn at North Brunswick Community Park, 2053 Route 130 south, North Brunswick.
The cost is $20 per parent/child group.
