Friends of the Metuchen Library want to “take you out to the ballgame!” On Wednesday, August 2 the Friends will sponsor a bus trip to see the New York Yankees play the Detroit Tigers for an afternoon game in the new stadium.
The bus will leave from the back entrance of the Metuchen Library, Library Place, at 10:30 a.m. The price of $75 each includes a seat above first base and transportation to the field.
A family special gives the fans a four ticket special for $260. Seating is limited, so sign up at the Library Desk. Please pay by check made out to the Friends of the Metuchen Library/FOML.
