The Tri-State Budgerigar (Parakeet) Society is holding the 27th annual show from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 22 and 23 at the Middlesex County 4H Youth Center Log Cabin, 645 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.
Birds must be entered by 10 a.m. on July 22 or 9 a.m. on July 23. Judging continues until all birds have been seen each day. BAA sanctioned divisions both days for owner bred and banded exhibition budgerigars.
There will be a Pet Budgie Division on July 22 only, with categories for exhibition and pet store types.
The entry fee is $3 daily per bird. No admission charge for spectators.
There will also be birds for sale, awards, prizes and giveaways.
