The Sayreville 12U baseball team won the Little League District 10 tournament when it defeated Milltown, 10-6, on July 11.
Sayreville will now play in the Section 3 tournament and will meet Hamilton Township, the District 12 champion, in the opening round on July 14 at 8 p.m. The game will be held at the Hamilton Township Recreation Baseball Association’s Van Horn Park on Ferndale Avenue in Mercerville.
Sayreville’s 10U team will play Sayre Woods South tonight, July 12, in Milltown for the District 10 Championship.
