The South Brunswick Senior Center will hold the following events to celebrate the summer:
A Beach Day Celebration will feature margarita mocktails, beach ball volleyball, coconut bowling, Feed The Shark and tube toss at noon on Aug. 17. Wear beach attire for a ticket to win a door prize.
Township youth will offer computer and iPad lessons daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; an indoor horse track at 12:15 p.m. on Aug. 14 and 21; crafts at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 8 and 15; origami at 12:15 p.m. on Aug. 24 and Zentangles at 12:15 p.m. Fridays.
Oasis Senior Living Advisors will hold bingo at 12:30 p.m., Aug. 28.
A Hawaiian Day sponsored by Atrium Health & Senior Living will be held on Aug. 31. There will be trivia at 10:45 a.m., a Hawaiian-themed lunch at 11:15 p.m., and a theme party featuring music by Lisa Vann at 12:15 p.m.
