Marist College, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the 2017 spring semester: Rebecca Castellani of Howell, majoring in fashion merchandising, and Kaitlyn Hassler of Jackson, majoring in fashion merchandising.

Loyola University Maryland, Baltimore, Md., announced that the following area residents have been named to the dean’s list for the 2017 spring semester: Alexandra Barazotti of Howell, Melanie Bennett of Jackson and Natasha Marie Milla of Howell.

Michael Dworzak of Howell is one of nearly 50 science students participating in summer research projects with faculty members at Lebanon Valley College, Annville, Pa. Michael, who is a graduate of Howell High School, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in chemistry.

Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pa., announced that the following area residents have been named to the dean’s list for the 2017 spring semester: Alexandra Dominguez of Howell, Hannah Kiley of Howell and Alexander Oleck of Jackson.

Brittany Ann Kraft of Jackson has graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston, R.I.

Darby Murnane of Jackson has been named to the dean’s list at the University of Maine at Farmington for the 2017 spring semester

Kimberly Gazdek of Jackson has graduated from Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y., with a Bachelor of Science degree in video/TV and business.

Daniella Vazquez of Jackson has graduated from Le Moyne College, Syracuse, N.Y., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathetmatics.

Carolyn V. Bazan, a 2006 graduate of Jackson Memorial High School, Jackson, has received her Master of Science degree in rehabilitation counseling, with a concentration in clinical mental health counseling, from Rutgers University. Carolyn achieved a grade point average of 3.985.
