Freehold Township Little League stays alive in World Series

The  Freehold Township Little League 13U team beat Indiana, 7-2, on Aug. 1 to avoid elimination in the Intermediate 50/70 Baseball League World Series in Livermore, California.

Freehold Township had lost its first game to Danville, California, 3-2, on July 30. Freehold Township plays its next game against Texas at 3 p.m. on Aug. 2.
