Middlesex Gymnastics Academy (MGA) has been family owned and operated since 1978. Over the last 39 years, MGA has been providing instructional classes with small teacher/student ratios, as well as award-winning team programs.
In addition to the highly successful girls and boys class programs for ages 4-18, MGA offers N.J. Kidfit, a mom and tot program, starting at 14 months, focusing on movement and motor skill development, preschool gymnastics ages 2-1/2 to 4), rhythmic gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline classes and rock climbing.
MGA team members compete in various leagues including USAG, XCEL and JOGA. They also offer advanced classes and various training team programs.
