QuickChek introduces prototype market in Monroe

QuickChek will donate 25 cents for every sub, sandwich and wrap sold at its new location, 102 Applegarth Road, Monroe, through Sept. 28 to the Monroe Wolverines Pop Warner Football and Cheer league.

QuickChek opened the new prototype 5,496square-foot store located on Aug. 29. The open concept layout features earth tone colors, cleaner sightlines and aisles with displays of QuickChek grab-and-go food and market items, fresh baked goods made in-store, and a large standalone soup station offering a daily rotation of soups.

Amenities in the new store include no-fee ATMs; indoor seating for 10 people and outdoor seating for eight; eight gasoline pumping stations; 57 parking spaces; phone and laptop charging stations; and free WiFi.

The new Monroe store created 45 new local jobs, including eight management positions.

The store is open 24 hours a day.
