Residents will gather in South River tonight to remember lives lost on Sept. 11, 2001

On the the 16th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, South River will honor those who didn’t come home to their families that night and remember the sacrifices made by first responders and the bravery of many others.

The community’s first responders, officials and residents will come together at 6:30 p.m. tonight, Sept. 11, at the Dailey’s Pond Park 9/11 Monument for the borough’s annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony. All are welcome to attend.
