Nature writer to discuss New Jersey ‘green’ areas at East Brunswick Library on Sept. 19

Guests make their way along one of the nature trails on hand during the Fall Forestry Festival held at the Forest Resource Education Center in Jackson on October 6. The festival featured over 40 nature themed exhibits, hikes, programs, and activities for all ages.

Nature writer and naturalist Jim Peck will show his photos and discuss beautiful and little-known natural areas across New Jersey that are ideal for exploring or hiking in the next Option Green program, sponsored by the Friends of the East Brunswick Environmental Commission and The East Brunswick Library, at 7 p.m. on Sept. 19 at the library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick.

Admission is free.
