The John P. Stevens High School Marching Hawks will be holding its 30th annual Marching Band Festival at noon on Oct. 1 at the high school, 855 Grove Avenue, Edison.
The Festival will be held at McGowan Stadium, which is located on the new turf field behind the high school. Eleven marching bands from Central New Jersey and the surrounding area will be performing to vie for trophies including best overall band, best music, best effect, and many others.
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and students. There will be music, food and vendors at the event. For more information, call the band room at 732-452-2808.
