Care to Walk for breast and ovarian cancer Oct. 15 in North Brunswick

The 19th annual North Brunswick Care to Walk/Run to honor those who have been affected by breast and ovarian cancer will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 15 at the football field at North Brunswick Township High School, 98 Raider Road, North Brunswick.

This year’s walk is in memory of Lynn Wyndrinsky and Mary Slye, dedicated to Doreen Mastropolo Schlageter and Judith Stevenson.

Check in begins at 8 a.m., followed by opening ceremonies at 9 a.m. and the walk/run at 9:30 a.m.

Proceeds benefit the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.
