The Friends of the Library will hold its first “Chocolate Friend-zy” event at 2 p.m. on Oct. 15 at the East Brunswick Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center.
The program features a presentation by Melanie Flores of Anahata Cacao. She has traveled the world, learning about chocolate.
Following her presentation, guests will enjoy a dessert buffet featuring a variety of chocolates and desserts.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the library’s circulation desk. All proceeds benefit the East Brunswick Public Library.
The Friends of the Library will also offer a chef’s basket as a door prize for the event.
