The Metuchen Public Library will hold its second annual Festival of Lights Diwali Celebration from 2-4 p.m., Oct. 28 at the library, 480 Middlesex Avenue, Metuchen.
Scheduled events include musical performances and various arts and crafts such as Rangoli and Mehndi decoration. A special light up paper lantern crafting session will also be given for children by WeMake 4H.

Space is limited for the lantern craft and those interested can register by calling the library or going online to https://diwalipaperlantern. eventbrite.com.
The celebration is open to all. Aside from the paper lantern craft no registration is required. For more information call 732-632-8526.
