Children of all ages, especially those with special needs, are invited to partake in the Halloween Party For All from noon to 3 p.m. on Oct. 22 at East Brunswick Elks Lodge 2370, 21B Oakmont Ave., East Brunswick.
There will be a free dance party, pumpkin painting, face painting, refreshments, a deejay and a costume parade. Trunk-or-treat will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m.
