The third annual Purple for Pappas 5K Run & Walk will be held on Oct. 22 at North Brunswick Community Park, 2053 Route 130 south, North Brunswick. Rain date is Oct. 28.
Race starts at 9 a.m.

The Aubrey Foundation honors Aubrey Pappas, a Linwood Middle School teacher who died in a car accident in 2014. Proceeds will benefit scholarships and community organizations.
