The Jonas Salk Middle School will hold it’s first annual 5K and Fun Run on Oct. 8 to support middle school athletics and a healthy lifestyle. The course will be run on a closed paved road with some small hills at Cheesequake State Park, 300 Gordon Road, Matawan.
Included in registration will be a shirt and a participation award. The registration fee for the 5K and the Fun Run/Walk 1 Mile is $25. The registration for school students is $15. The registration deadline is Oct. 5.
