Ask a memory care specialist

Galina Markovich, director of Millennium Memory Care, a group of Alzheimer’s and dementia care homes in New Jersey, has launched a new program titled “Ask a Memory Care Specialist.”

The program is designed to help seniors and caregivers of loved ones with memory issues gain a better understanding of memory care issues and learn about what resources are available in their communities.

Ms. Markovich uses a specialized “Memory Screening” system to help determine the level of memory issues present in program participants. The system uses a set of unique tools and a range of scores to pinpoint specific issues and recommend a course of action or resources available to help.

Attendees are free to participate in the screening process or simply ask questions and learn more about this difficult subject.

The program is currently scheduled for the following locations and days:
