The Friends of South Amboy will hold a fundraising basketball event Dec. 16 at South Amboy Middle High School, 200 Hoffman Plaza, South Amboy.
The schedule is 4 p.m. South Amboy varsity girls vs. Calvary Christian, 6 p.m. Bishop Ahr varsity boys vs. Sayreville War Memorial and 8 p.m. South Amboy varsity boys vs. Calvary Christian.
Ad prices are $125 for a half page or $175 for a full page. Make checks payable to “Friends of South Amboy” and mail to Dave Kales, 329 Cedar St., South Amboy 08879.

Proceeds will benefit the Midtbo family, whose five-year-old daughter is battling leukemia.
