Mindfulness, compassion and forgiveness explored by Hadassah members

As Yom Kippur approached, the East Brunswick chapter of Hadassah held a presentation with Tracy Fink, center, who explored mindfulness, compassion and forgiveness at Temple B’nai Shalom in East Brunswick on Sept. 26. More than 50 people listened to Fink, director of Cohn Reznick’s Executive Women’s Forum, where she leads the effort for women executives to build and deepen relationships to develop business, speaks to numerous professional organizations about the components of mindfulness.
