Cooking, technology classes offered at Sayreville Library

November is National Novel Writing Month. The Sayreville Library will offer ample seating in its quiet room for writers.

Tech expert Chuck will offer information on the basics of cloud computing at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 15.

Hosted by Mobile Family Success, Chef Chrissy from the Elijah’s Promise Culinary School will demonstrate how to make a healthy Thanksgiving dinner at 6 p.m. on Nov. 21.

A small group instructional class on Microsoft Word for beginners will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 29. Attendees must know basic mouse and keyboarding skills. Learn to create, edit and save documents in order to write a letter, craft a resume or generate a flier.

Microsoft Excel for beginners
m will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 13. Attendees must know basic mouse and keyboarding skills. Learn to create, edit and save spreadsheets in Excel to organize schedules, manage budgets or create a to-do list.
