Marian Nappi of Jackson received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree during the Oct. 20, 2017 commencement ceremony at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa. To earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, students must complete five academic years of professional study in just over three calendar years at Palmer College of Chiropractic.

University of the Sciences, Philadelphia, Pa., recently inducted 41 new members into its Pennsylvania Kappa Chapter of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Among the inductees are Jazmin Vasquez of Jackson, a biology student, and Amit Gohil of Howell, a doctor of physical therapy student. During the ceremony, the inductees were introduced by their faculty advisers or department chairs who highlighted each student’s accomplishments.
