Volunteers to help with health care signup

The East Brunswick Library will host Affordable Care Act enrollment assistance from 5-8 p.m. Dec. 4 and from 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 9 at the library, Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick.

Enrollees will need to bring their Social Security number (or document number for legal immigrants), their birth date, employer and income information (such as pay stubs or W-2 form), and policy numbers for any current health insurance plans

Trained representatives from the United Way and the New Jersey Primary Care Association will assist with the enrollment process. The signup takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
