The YMCA of Metuchen, Edison, Woodbridge and South Amboy (MEWSA) has appointed George Dailey to the YMCA Board of Directors.
Dailey has a long-standing relationship with the Y, serving as the chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Finance Committee for several years.
He is currently the first vice president and controller at Provident Bank in Iselin and brings with him 29 years of banking experience. He is also the treasurer of the Provident Bank Foundation.
He holds a master’s degree in taxation from Seton Hall University, and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from St. Peter’s University. He is also a graduate of the America Community Banker’s Senior Leadership Institute and National School of Banking.
