The East Brunswick Library will hold a program for job seekers at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 13 at the library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center Dr., East Brunswick.
“Pathways to Employment” is presented through New Jersey Career Connections, a job search and career navigation service offered at East Brunswick Library through a partnership with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the New Jersey State Library.
At the program, trained librarians will explain how to conduct a successful job search using the New Jersey Department of Labor’s “Plan, Prepare, Succeed” model. Information about several resources will be given, including where to get more in-depth help to create a resume, cover letter, or practice for a job interview.
This program is free and open to the public. Registration is requested, but walk-ins are welcome.
