Yaacob Dweck, an assistant professor of history and Judaic studies at Princeton University, will be the guest speaker at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 19 at a Neve Shalom service, 250 Grove Avenue, Metuchen.
Dweck will speak about “The Scandal of Kabbalah”, which is the first book about the origins of a culture war that began in early modern Europe and continues to this day.
