Indivisible of Monroe to join rallies on Jan. 20

Indivisible of Monroe Township will join demonstrators on Jan. 20 in Morristown to rally and march on the one-year anniversary of the 2017 Women’s March that followed President Donald Trump’s inauguration.

The Morristown March kicks off at 11 a.m. in front of Town Hall on South Street. Marchers will walk a half-mile to Morristown Green to hear additional speakers. The march will conclude by 1 p.m.

Round trip bus transportation is available. Departure is at 8:25 a.m. from the AMC Theater parking lot, 650 Trotters Way, Freehold.

For those who are unable to make the trip to Morristown, Indivisible Monroe has a sister rally that will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the same day at the Stop and Shop center on Perrineville and Prospect Plains Roads, Monroe.
