Dear Howell Community Members,
Well, it’s been one year since the most exciting news of the introduction of Little Beginnings Childcare and Learning Center (formerly Rainbow World) to the Howell Community. The owners Charlene and Michael Bonin have delivered the exciting changes to their center which they expressed one year ago. With much dedication, construction and pixie dust, they have remodeled the entire center from top to bottom. Every room has been freshly painted, murals to detail the artistic flare of each room, new cabinetry and flooring were just the basics. The most amazing transformation was the Lake House Multi Purpose Room where our children can move through out the day to enjoy computer stations, construction and art stations.
Our yoga teacher, who is an Atlantic club instructor, teaches the children the basics of yoga and stretching in the Lake House setting. Not only have we added yoga to our program, but you will find a music program performed by Annie B and we have introduced a Sign Language Program. The academic curriculum has certainty been enhanced with weekly lesson plans and the introduction of the Big World Scholastics and Our Passport Program.
Our Passport Program is a monthly adventure in which our PreK students visit a new country ever month and experience and learn about the culture, geographical location of that country, food, dress and more. Rest assured, the Bonin team has many new ideas to bring to this center!!
