Middlesex County College is offering a six-week course in becoming a certified personal trainerfrom 6:30-9:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Feb. 6-March 15.
Topics include elements of exercise science, client screening, program design, methods of training, injury prevention, exercise physiology, cardio respiratory fitness, nutrition and weight control.
Upon completion of the course, the national certification exam will be given.
The college is located at 200 Woodbridge Ave., Edison.
