Bri Raso of Freehold, who is part of the percussion-cymbals section in the James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Va., marching band, the Marching Royal Dukes, marched in the inaugural parade for new Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam on Jan. 13 in Richmond. Bri is majoring in media arts and design and expects to graduate in the spring of 2019.
