SOUTH BRUNSWICK – Traffic enforcement is taking place on all roads in South Brunswick every day, according to information provided by the South Brunswick Police Department, but Wheeler Road in Kendall Park will receive additional focus over the next two weeks.
In 2017 there were over 2,615 crashes on the 192 miles of roadway in the township. South Brunswick Police conducted 17,884 motor vehicle stops in 2017 and saw a 60 percent reduction in fatal crashes, according to the statement.
The new approach of providing information on traffic enforcement areas is meant to increase awareness, safety and voluntary compliance, according to the statement.
