East Brunswick Woman’s Club celebrates 65 years of service

The East Brunswick Woman’s Club celebrated its 65th anniversary during a meeting on Jan. 9.

Jean Revis, the president of the N.J. Federation of Woman’s Clubs, spoke about the largest women’s organization in New Jersey that also started Douglass College at Rutgers University.

Afterward, Maribeth Hugelmeyer, the college district vice president, honored the club with a certificate for its service to the New Jersey Federation and the General Federation of Woman’s Clubs.

The members then celebrated with refreshments and a special anniversary cake.
