Health coaches explain how to ‘nourish’ the body during workshop at Dean’s Natural Food Market

Debbie Peterson of Oceanport and Wendy Bright-Fallon of Island Heights brought their Red Bank-based Nourish integrative health and nutrition practice to Dean’s Natural Food Market in Shrewsbury on Feb. 22 to share heart-healthy recipes in honor of Heart Health Month. The two prepared hot spiced green tea, spicy pumpkin seeds, beet and lentil salad, and chocolate chia pudding based on recipes in their two cookbooks.
