Parents of eligible students can visit www.sayrevillek12.net to register for Project Before preschool or full-day kindergarten programs in Sayreville.
The registration is under Student Registration, 2018-2019 Online Preschool and Kindergarten New Student and Returning PreSchool Student Registration Link. The Parent Letters section includes detailed instructions.
Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 30, 2018. Students entering pre-school must be 3 years old on or before Sept. 30, 2018.
Following the completion of online registration, the registrant will be contacted by the district to schedule an appointment to register a child. Required documents include a certified, original birth certificate, passport or other official document indicating age; updated immunization record in English with child’s name, doctor or clinic name and month, date and year of shots (see website for list of required immunizations); a copy of the most recent physical examination; and proof of residency, only for kindergarten or if the child is eligible to receive preschool children with disabilities services. Registration will not be complete until all required documents have been submitted.
