Farm to Fork gardening classes open to North Brunswick residents

The North Brunswick Department of Parks, Recreation & Community Services will hold a Farm to Fork gardening class from 7-8 p.m. Tuesdays, March 20-May 8, at the North Brunswick Senior Center, 15 Linwood Place.

Sharon Lohse, owner of Mindful in Nature, will present the lecture/demonstration/hands-on class designed to help residents plant a vegetable garden. Learn how to compost, choose the best plants, maximize yard space, find happiness in growing your own food, recipes and how to make plant dyes.
